This blog is meant to serve as fitspiration for me and others who want to get some workout inspiration. Do this with little rest between sets, in 3 to 4 sets, 15 to 25 reps per set and you will get a pretty good chest workout (and pump). This workout is great if you don’t have a gym membership or if you can’t make it to gym. The next day you will feel the gym pain in your chest and triceps (to train triceps more just put your hands closer together, these exercises are more for chest so my hands are far apart). You don’t have to do all the exercises, do at least 3 of them and if you can’t do 15 to 25 reps aim for 10.
